- How we use your information

- To communicate with you: answering your questions and providing customer support.
- To improve the Services: understanding how the Site is used so we can make it better.
- To meet legal obligations: complying with applicable laws, responding to lawful requests and enforcing our terms.
- Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, remember your cart and preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure and personalise advertising. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; doing so may affect how parts of the Site work. Where required, we honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
- How we share your information
- Service providers who act on our behalf, such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, email providers, analytics providers and customer support tools.
- Advertising partners (for example, Meta) to show you relevant ads and measure their performance.
- With your consent or when you ask us to share it.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, sale of assets or restructuring.
- For legal reasons, to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights, our customers or others.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising partners may count as a “sale” or “sharing” under certain laws; you can opt out as described below.
Shopify. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which collects and processes personal information to provide its services and, in some cases, its own consumer features (such as the Shop app and Shop Pay). That processing is covered by Shopify’s own privacy policy.
- Third-party websites and links
The Site may link to websites or platforms we do not run. We are not responsible for their privacy or security practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

The Services are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority where they live. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
- Security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide the Services, keep business records, resolve disputes and meet our legal obligations.
